One senior role is the Head of Service Delivery. This role has an international remit, to re-invent IT service delivery, implementing ITIL as is 'fit for purpose' from scratch. Embedding excellence in customer service standards, managing 3rd parties through the changes, upskilling internal teams and creating a best in class IT Service function.
To excel in this role you will need to bring experience and skills in ITIL process management / implementation including Incident, Problem, Change and some exposure to Major Incident Management would be ideal.
* Delivery of IT Service Desk within agreed targets.
* Management of all End User Computing (software, hardware, licenses, warranties etc.)
* Major Problem and Incident Management co-ordination.
* Monitor and review Service performance, reporting back to key stakeholders in review meetings.
* Identify areas of Service improvement
* A solid background in Service Level Management, documenting and managing IT Services.
* Excellent stakeholder management and third party supplier skills.
* A technical background would be beneficial
* Previous experience working in a fast paced and high pressured environment
* Previous experience of implementing ITIL
