We are recruiting for a public sector client with offices all over the West Midlands however this opportunity is based in Birmingham City Centre, just behind the Bullring.

The role is to provide 1st line support for all ICT services within the main offices and their regional offices. The role will also support the development of key hardware rollouts and produce appropriate end-user self help guides.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with the right experience to demonstrate their capability and be developed to look after and lead specific project work.
