Service Transition Manager|

A well known client within the Boradcasting industry are looking for a Service Transition Manager on a 6 month contract basis. You will be managing the transition of multiple, technical complex services ensuring agreed service designs are delviered into Operations within minimal business risk or impact.
+ Service Transition: A respected subject matter expert with significant experience of developing and embedding service transition strategy and approach into a technically complex, customer-facing environment.
+ Service Delivery: Experience of delivering complex services into live customer-facing operations, having awareness and understanding of business context and needs of customers and stakeholders relating to the services provided.
+ Stakeholder Management: Excellent at building effective relationships, both internally and externally. Respected and credible subject matter expert.
Essential for the role of Service Transition Manager:
+ ITIL Lifecycle certificate in Service Transition
+ ITIL v3 Foundation
+ Proven track record as a Service Transition manager gained in a customer facing Service Management or operational environment.
+ Extensive relevant Service Management and service operation experience. Experience of managing complex technical and customer-facing projects, in a Service Management or operational environment.
+ Experience of requirements development and management.
+ Demonstrable internal and external stakeholder management skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with credibility to lead delivery through virtual teams.
+ Prince2 qualified or equivalent
