My market leading client based in Cambridge are looking for a passionate and experienced Service Desk/Help Desk Manager to join them and lead their technical operations and support team.
As a Service Desk/Help Desk Manager you will be a highly motivated individual, with proven leadership skills and an ability to mentor others, having ideally been working within a small to medium sized business, preferably in the technology sector. You will have ideally been working within a small to medium sized technology enterprise and be familiar with incident and problem management, request fulfillment processes as well as change management.
You will also have;
*Experience in leading diverse teams, defining and managing objectives, identifying skills and training needs.
*A high personal integrity, honesty, reliability and dedication.
*The ability to work within a highly pressurised dynamic environment.
*The ability to work to deadlines, and possess excellent organisational, oral and written communication skills.
*A diverse technical background.
*Relevant ITIL qualifications.
The role offers a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience, plus a fantastic benefits package consisting of, 25 Days Holiday, Company Share Scheme, Private Healthcare, Company Pension, Life Assurance and Flexible Working Hours.
