Code Red Associates are a specialist supplier of ICT resource to the public sector, local authority & social housing sectors. We are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst for a prestigious organisation based in Bedfordshire.|
The purpose of the role will be to ensure support of all systems and services to all remote users, as well as providing day-to-day systems and applications administration. Day to day tasks will include providing an efficient and effective support desk service, ensuring that calls are logged accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for documenting and updating relevant databases as well as taking responsibility for upgrading and maintaining system.
• Proven second line support experience
• Windows 7
• Windows Server 2003/2008
• SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
• Active Directory
• Exchange 2003/2010
• MS Office 2010
• Citrix XenApp 5 & above
• Xen Server
It is essential for this role to have a full driving licence and own transport as some local travel might be involved.
