A specialist service provider, this is a forward thinking organisation who have recently centralised their head office to Middleton, North Manchester.
Your new role
As Customer Service Team Leader you with be working alongside the Customer Services Manager to lead, manage and motivate a team of Customer Service Executives, ensuring team objectives and individual performance is maximised. This team is responsible for ensuring inbound calls are answered within SLA and providing effective, efficient and professional phone support.
What you'll need to succeed
The ability and skills to coach and mentor customer service colleagues is essential along with good problem solving skills and ability to use your own initiative. Experience of leading a small team and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is also necessary. Excellent customer service skills, a strong customer focus and the ability to handle senior customer relationship responsibilities is absolutely crucial within this role.
