£24,000 - £28,000 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Design Development Engineer to help with the development of steering systems in the automotive industry. This is a permanent role, based in Coventry, working a day shift from Monday-Thursday; 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday; 7:30am-12:30pm. The starting salary is between £24,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
This company are an automotive specialist, who are based in Coventry and currently looking for talented individuals to join their design team.
Working within a design team you will be responsible for producing steering system designs using 3D modelling software, predominantly Solidworks. You will be liaising with suppliers and internal departments. This role will include travelling, including international travel when required.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced Design Engineer who has hands-on engineering experience, working with FMEA, FEA and APQP. You will have a HND or a degree in Engineering and experience on Solidworks design software.
I'm looking for an experienced Design Engineer who is looking to further their career in an automotive development environment. You will have a full driving licence and the flexibility to travel as part of your role.
Salary Range & Benefits
This company is offering a starting salary of between £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
