Chubb Monitoring & Response Services (CMRS) are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and resourceful individual to fulfil the role of Software Development Engineer at our Nottingham Security Monitoring Centre.
This vacancy would provide a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced applicant looking for a new challenge, or for a recent graduate looking to start a career within software development.
The successful applicant will develop and support reporting and user interface .NET (C#) and PowerBuilder 12 applications, equipment and web interfaces and assist with the installation, setup and administration of the company`s SQL database servers. You will share general IT technical support obligations, providing assistance to internal and external customers and help improve existing and implement new systems and interfaces to make the business more efficient.
Candidates must possess programming skills in .NET (C#, VB) and have an enthusiasm for .NET development work. You will ideally have gained experience with HTML, PHP and Java script. It is essential that you have a keen attention to detail as well as being an effective communicator.
