We are working in conjunction with a global FM services company, our client manages out sourced FM, real estate services, projects and energy management on a global scale for the technology, banking and financial sector.|
We are recruiting for an Engineering Services Manager to look after the day to day technical operations across a number of technology sites, you will be responsible for the operational management of a large engineering team, provide technical support to internal customers, ensuring all technical standards, including engineering excellence is at the forefront of the engineering delivery, management and monitoring of all external contractors, ensuring contractual compliance, provide professional, specialist and technical instruction to internal stakeholders, effectively manage all HV activities on site, act as an appointed person, ensure all M&E services are delivered in line with customers' expectations and a business as normal environment is maintained at all times.
You will have extensive experience managing and running M&E services within a critical, data, trading or computer suite environment. It is imperative you have a strong electrical background have undertaken HV training and have experience of shutdowns and switching.
It is also important you have a proven background managing large technical maintenance service teams. We are looking for a progressive and customer facing individual that can engage with large engineering teams and multiple stake holders and also shape and develop engineering plans and schedules.
