The InvestCloud team is looking for an Application Support Specialist in London with the technical skills, customer focus, and a drive to deliver innovative solutions to the challenges faced by today's investment managers. This position will be part of a team responsible for supporting financial applications for InvestCloud and its clients in a manner that exemplifies a culture of "Client Focus" with a sense of urgency around servicing client needs and requirements. Prior experience in supporting cloud based applications, Portfolio Accounting, Trade Order Management, and other software in the Capital Markets industry is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of issues and investigate them to resolution. Ensures proper escalation and response to customer issues team both to the customer directly and to other departments within InvestCloud Adheres to, follows, recommends, updates and mentors junior staff members on standardised IT processes Follow and promote rigor around change management procedures Focus towards security practices and data segregation Ensure escalated issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner Ensure daily scheduled activities are completed on time and with a high degree of accuracy Ability to digest changes and come up with readiness assessment Communicate clear requirements to escalation point when needed. Ensure leverage of knowledge base and formal post mortems to continuously improve the platform Qualifications At least 2 years of experience supporting capital markets applications Knowledge of Portfolio Accounting systems such as Advent Axys, APX or Geneva is a plus Knowledge of Order Management systems, Eze Castle is a plus Prior experience supporting a cloud based platform is a huge plus Strong customer service focus Excellent verbal and written skills required Excellent time management and organization skills Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and manage priorities Ability to hold others accountable in a fair and transparent manner Analytical skills with a dedicated eye to detail, thoroughness and follow up Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and learn to apply them to diverse situations Technical enthusiasm and desire to learn and apply new technical concepts and technologies Work Conditions Office hours: subject to different shift work On-call availability Working with team members around the country using video conferencing tools Occasional travel to the firm's other offices and client sites Occasional travel for training or conferences
