We're looking for a Junior Account Executive who thrives in a fast paced working environment and is looking for an opportunity to build their skill set in client services, new business development and client relations!MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS OF THE JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE: Impact sales results by taking part in the development and execution of in-store marketing strategies for a variety of key retail consumer NA consumer marketing opportunities designed to increase product visibility and NA excitement around in-store marketing initiatives to create consumer awareness of brands and promote consumer cooperation in on-site retail marketing eventsInteract with customers in a retail setting, presenting them with information about products and services that may benefit them with the goal of increasing sales and market NA exceptional customer service and customer account NA COMPETENCIES:These are personal traits that will best help the Junior Account Executive to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Leadership - The position requires a willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction. Achievement/Effort - Establish and maintain personally challenging goals and exert an effort towards mastering tasks. Attention to Detail is a NA and collaboration - Work with others to support marketing NA must be very articulate and have a sense of humor while being very disciplined. We need a culture fit! ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:Experience and understanding of marketing including product positioning, promotions, and distribution is an NA be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and a strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under NA experience or knowledge of the Home Improvement industry an asset. Outstanding verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to a variety of people
