Overview: NA is focused on staffing intermediate, senior and executive positions within growing technology companies, engineering firms and manufacturing operations. We have been engaged to recruit an employee for this successful growing company. Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver and one block from a Skytrain station for easy commuting. This is a customer facing role resolving Enterprise SharePoint issue. As a member of the technical support team, you will work collaborative to solve customer technical issues and provide excellence in customer service. Responsibilities: Document customer issues and enter into the ticketing system Troubleshoot technical issues and identify and document the root cause Provide customer with possible solutions or workarounds Document workarounds and solutions Update or create knowledgebase articles for both internal and external use Maintain escalation lists and Jira projects Create or update FAQs for both internal and external use Enter bugs into the bug tracking system Escalate more technical complex issues in accordance with the technical support SOP Assist in exceeding customer service goals, SLA's and team goals Participate in license management and activation and communicate changes with the Sales team Participate in the Community Forums; reviewing, moderating and posting responses Participate in internal discussions regarding issues or service improvement ideas Skill Requirements and Experience Very strong SharePoint experience on a variety of different versions including O365 Create and configure sites and libraries, manage security, central administration and managed metadata management Working knowledge of Windows, MAC, iOS and Android Proficient with advanced Outlook features and add-ins Customer service oriented Excellent English communication skills; both verbal and written Ability to communicate in layman terms Ability to think on your feet and adapt to many different personality types Calm under pressure Assets would include: Experience dealing with external customers would be a big asset OTHER INFORMATION: Candidates with Canadian Citizenship or Canadian Permanent Residency status are preferred.
