  • Ensures complete DOT and Facility regulatory compliance in accordance to Company, State and Federal regulations
  • Collaborate with management and employees to ensure compliance, including employee education, facility - vehicle inspections and support
  • Responsible for ensuring on-time and accurate Fleet, Facility and Regulatory reporting
  • DOT compliance, education, logging management
  • Assists with and supports inspections of chemical container labeling and facilities/communicates SDS changes to Geo Stakeholders
  • Manages Geo Fleet personnel allocations and transitions in accordance with Company policies
    • Vehicle returns
    • Vehicle orders
    • Mix Telemetric installations and removals
    • Identify opportunities to reduce Geo Fleet R&M cost via leveraging agreements and discounts

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer software skills - aptitude, including Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years' experience with DOT and Regulatory Facility Compliance
  • Current class A (or B) CDL with all required endorsements ( air brake/hazmat /tanker)
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report as per most recent review; no previous convictions or D&A positive results
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Distribution function including equipment utilization, methodologies and warehouse operations
    • Hours of Service - including use of electronic logs and regulations pertaining to oil field exemption. Ability to review logs and address issues from an operations perspective to ensure compliance. Implement corrective actions on any log issues
    • Vehicle inspections including pre and post trip and required document retention requirements
    • Transportation of hazardous materials - including hazmat documentation, permits and marking/placarding
    • Training experience with knowledge of adult learning principles, and facilitation experience
    • Warehouse and freight operations including knowledge and experience with inventory control methods/ BOLs and associated documentation/material handling
