GDMS has an immediate opening for an Earned Value Analyst to join our Program Performance Management team. The position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation's fundamental defense services. GDMS employees work closely with esteemed clients to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.
The selected candidate will analyze cost/schedule performance and resource data management for GDMS. This person will lead a team in cost development and management/ analysis for developing engineering programs for critical major components, or production or logistics programs for a large custom subsystems or small total systems. The analyst will lead the development of the program cost baselines within the contract parameters, the analysis of program performance (historical and predictive), the monitoring of the forecasted completion data, and reviewing results with and making recommendations to program teams. He/She will serve as a subject matter expert in the guidance and mentoring of program teams in program management tools and processes.
Duties and Tasks
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and 8 to 10 years of related experience or Master's Degree and 6 to 8 years of related experience is required.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Abilities:
Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance and a minimum of a secret security clearance is HIGHLY desired. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
