We are currently looking for an Exhibit Designer to join our team in Oakville! SUMMARYProvide creative solutions for meeting client needs and objectives using exhibits and exhibit-related projects as a sales and marketing tool. Be involved with projects from beginning-to-end based on ability to understand sales process, production operation and value of product. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned. The duties and responsibilities as outlined in this Job Description may be changed from time to time by the Corporation, as it deems necessary, without further notice to the NA effectively with design/account staff to establish client NA and presents 3D studio models, design renderings, floor NA ideas and design concepts for internal/client NA work in a timely manner and meets tight NA preliminary design and job launch NA fluent in current design trends, materials and presentation NA responsibility for effectiveness, creativity and cost-efficiency of NA an organized and clean working NA with IT maintenance/upgrades where NA with design teams and other locations within the NA detailed and accurate 3d files in required format for NA regular project updates and notifies potential problems to the Design Manager and/or Creative NA client requirements and provide creative design solutions within budgetary constraints and exhibit hall physical NA team leader autonomy over projects and assume responsibility for effectiveness, creativity and cost-efficiency of NA vital part of sales process from information pick-up through sales NA effectively with sales staff, project management teams and NA design renderings, floor plans, corporate identities, interactives, websites and/ or NA the creative NA design solutions in conjunction with the creative management and production department and the creative services department to meet budgetary NA design solutions in conjunction with the creative management and production department and the creative services department to meet budgetary NA other duties as required. Other Skills and AbilitiesMust be passionate about working with people and be NA in the exhibit/event marketing or a creative solutions based agency is an NA proficiency in 3Ds Max software NA in an entrepreneurial and independent NA flexibility, open-mindedness and NA works out NA something valuable in being part of a team and ability to effectively NA communication skills are required: including the ability to make effective presentations; prepare written documentation including proposals, quotations and letters; maintain accurate and complete client and project NA be able to develop excellent rapport with existing and prospective NA have a good "business sense".Exhibit the ability to multi-task, sell, and operate under severe time constraints and immovable deadlines. Good organization, detail and follow-up skills are NA using Microsoft office programs.
