Job Description:

Position Location: London, Ontario The role of the Sales Manager is to lead the Professional Services Sales Team through revenue generating initiatives, set objectives, monitor the market, build new enterprise accounts, and align strategies with the organization's objectives. This role is to effectively and efficiently manage the development and directions of the sales team to drive the growth of revenue, technical productivity and promote high quality customer satisfaction while building relationships and ensuring the execution of corporate objectives. They will also be responsible for developing a team of highly productive sales representatives who are able to meet and exceed revenue targets while promptly and professionally addressing the needs of customers. (Flickr Photos) ResponsibilitiesLead, grow and mentor a team of 15 Account ManagersAccountable for acquisition and growth initiativesPlan, organize, implement and lead new sales initiativesPersonal involvement to win and retain large/complex accountsCoach and develop sales aptitudesGuarantee the team's adherence with NA's sales processMaximize usage of sales toolsResearch and stay abreast of industry best practicesSearch the market for trends to remain competitive and successfulBe the outlet your team needs when they have questions, struggles, and new ideasComplete time-off requests in a timely mannerMonitor performance and react quickly to both high and low performersConduct performance reviews for all team members on a quarterly basisCreate incentives for high performance to encourage the team to exceed expectationsWork closely with the VP of Sales to keep reaching new heights Qualifications5+ years on an inside sales team in acquisitions or account managementExperience with developing sales strategy and product development NA to lead and effectively supervise professional and non-professional NA to coach and mentor a team in both a professional and fun NA with the Microsoft Office and Google AppsMastery of Salesforce.
