Non-Infra Programme Analyst (12 Month Fixed Term Contact)|
A motivated and engaging individual is required to business partner with Asset Creation delivery teams to ensure we deliver against our AMP6 commitments. You will be required to understand the Wholesale capital programme outcomes, the current year and AMP performance in the areas you partner with accountability for providing insight and driving performance improvement.
The successful candidate will develop a great business partner relationship with Asset Creation delivery teams and facilitate the budget for periodic forecasts for CAPEX, IRE and OPEX. Alongside this, any analysis and insight on a monthly, annual and AMP performance against targets on outputs and finances will be provided and communicated to key stakeholders within the business. Delivery teams will look upon you to act as a support function to ensure compliance with governance processes are followed, providing evidence to demonstrate delivery to the capital programme outcome for the regulatory assurance projects. With your character you should be confident to challenge existing practices and look for new opportunities which improve performance and drive efficiencies.
* You should have the experience of understanding performance and driving improvements, along with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver a successful outcome.
* You must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to adjust the message accordingly to fit the audience.
* You will have strong MS office, SAP, ECC and BI capabilities, with the ability to adopt different influencing styles based on the situation and the ability to influence across different levels.
* Any understanding of capital programme governance processes would be beneficial.
