Role outline: An exciting opportunity to work with one of world's the leading eyewear companies. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working directly with the Creative Director, across heritage and contemporary luxury design brands. From driving the visual direction of each brand and the greater Brando brand to the day-to-day implementation and managing of projects, this role provides a great opportunities to drive the brand image as well as furthering your career opportunities within the company. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, ambitious and organised with an excellent taste level and keen eye to help conceptualise and drive the implementation of our digital and branded marketing content while executing your objectives confidently and independently. A friendly, approachable manner as well as the ability to work independently and part of a team is key to enjoying this role. Key responsibilities:Work directly with Creative Director and marketing team to understand seasonal marketing calendar and create compelling creative to execute on NA, design and management lead on a range of 360 seasonal campaigns for each brand that may include, but is not limited to photography, videos, animation, film, packaging, editorial and publishing, design identities and interactive experiences with various applications for e-commerce, environmental displays, spacial design, digital advertising, social platforms, print collateral, NA the tradeshow booth design including the structure and associated graphics and work to budgets for quarterly NA stay on top of fashion trends and be ahead of the curve with new digital technologies in NA be able to manage creative output for several brands at once in different market sectors. This is a role for someone who likes and can handle diversity in their day to day NA to produce content for all Brando brand channels (list those channels eg social media / magazine / web).Must have confident in web design and be able to liaise and execute website development with external NA sophisticated and compelling graphic design and typography skills a must in editorial copy and book NA with the Creative Director to art direct campaigns, including scouting of locations, selection of photographers, model agencies, stylist and makeup artists while working in NA each brands needs are met with timely and creatively compelling visuals that best execute on the seasonal sales strategy and goals, translate all creative that ensures a cohesive Brando brand NA have a passion for setting and implementing branding NA understanding of photography and working with stylist and photographers on NA 3rd party suppliers, ability to manage communications throughout the process to ensure on time production of all collateral and marketing pieces e.g. printers, photographers, videographers, website developers, editors, builders NA addition to your role you will manage a team of creatives and including graphic designers, a social media manager, and various freelance roles e.g. production designers and builders for exhibition design, copy writers and developers. Criteria for success:5-7 years experience in luxury brand, experience in optical and eyewear is NA working in brand revival a plus. This would suit someone who has a passion for fashion or art history as the brands are revival brands.A deep understanding of design principles as well as proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and NA to handle multiple projects with the same degree of NA adherence to deadlines, self-starter who is highly organised but flexible to make changes as the business NA sense of style and understanding of the luxury fashion. Ability to create high impacting creative season after NA interpersonal, communication and presentation NA have experience in print NA with digital photography and editing NA of HTML, CSS and digital NA working with historical brand archives as well as being an independent NA in set design or large format graphics an advantage for trade show booth design.
