Operating though-out Northern Ireland and the UK your new company offers a comprehensive overall Facilities Management experience to a range of clients. This includes both Hard and Soft services such as 24 hour PPM and reactive maintenance works, specialist trades and also cleaning and security services. Clients include Public Sector bodies in NI and Private Sector multinational accounts across the UK. Offering full facilities services there is a vacancy to join the team as a Technical Service Manager / Contracts Manager. Your new role
You will be directly responsible for the cost-effective delivery and development of a number of contracts involving M&E planned & reactive maintenance, FM soft services and minor works projects. Contracts that will fall under your remit will predominantly include commercial and retail environments with duties including;
Delivery of contracts in line with SLA's and KPIs, managing client requirements with regular review meetings and manage engineer productivity and performance. You will also oversee subcontractors' performance levels are adhered to and also maintain company assets, include the fleet are maintained and stocked. These duties will be underpinned by keeping up to date with compliance and all relevant H&S legislation and requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be technically qualified with preferably a 17 th Edition Electrical Qualification and also have previous working experience within an FM or M+E contractor. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing clients and customers from an FM or M&E contractors perspective. You will need to be able to deliver M&E maintenance contracts, have direct management experience of FM labour and subcontractors and strong financial, verbal and literacy skills. Ideally you will have an operational knowledge of contracts in the retail, commercial & industrial sectors with an understanding for the Soft Services within Facilities Management
