Our Client is a highly successful construction company with their reputation stamped firmly on some of the largest projects built within the region over the past thirty years. Due to continued success and the award of a number of major contracts, the company is looking to appoint a Head of Talent Acquisition & Retention.|
You will be ultimately responsible for coordinating and satisfying the requirements of all units through the provision of an efficient and effective personnel planning, recruitment and selection service. In addition, you will need to plan, direct, and coordinate training and development activities for the employees of the organization to enhance productivity and quality of work and to ensure retention and motivation.
The successful candidate must be degree qualified in a related field (ie. Human Resources or Business Administration) and preferably supported by a Masters.
Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in recruitment with a minimum of 5+ years in a construction related environment.
Prior overseas experience, particularly in the Middle East, is an important pre-requisite. Previous experience working in Oman would an advantage.
The position is offered on either a single, married or family status basis. The expat package on offer for this position is exceptional.
