Broaden your horizons ....... performing a pivotal lead Health and Safety Training role as part of a major construction organisation. |
This role will suit an accomplished SMSTS, CITB AND UKATA accredited Health and Safety Training Manager.
The role will involve design and delivery of courses as well as essential budget control for the department.
You will also be responsible for developing other company trainers and monitoring performance.
Ideally you will have worked your way from a construction Health and Safety Advisory role and be able to relate to and influence the construction operational teams at all levels.
Training will also include delivery of Behavioural Safety Courses.
Ideal minimum NEBOSH Health and Safety Diploma
Or NVQ level 4 in Occupational Health and Safety
Or NCRQ level 6 Diploma in Applied Health and Safety.
And ideally you will also hold an environmental IEMA qualification.
PTLLS or similar Training qualification
Accredited to deliver SMSTS
Experience in a similar role is essential.
Membership of IOSH or IIRSM and proven commitment to your CPD is also an important requirement.
