Administrator required for a local construction company to support within their brand new office in Horwich |
Your new company
Established for nearly 10 years, this local company in Bolton have continued to thrive of the past couple of years and are now looking to move into their new offices in Horwich to be able to expand their teams within the next 2-3 weeks. Specialising within the construction industry, this company operate as a sub-contractor to design, manufacture and install products across the UK.
Your new role
As an Administrator, you will be supporting a current team to process all documents in relation to new contract wins. You will have involvement in all the tender documents and be responsible for researching information, putting together accurate bids, have involvement with HR duties and within the scheduling and reports of the business. In addition you will be responsible for maintaining strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail within a busy working environment. In addition you will be the primary point of contact for all health and safety queries across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience within the construction industry is essential as you will need to have a strong knowledge of the sector to understand the ways of working in the office. In addition experience supporting with tender documents or supporting on contracts/ project work would be a massive advantage but is not essential. If you are a strong Administrator with a high attention to detail, have previous experience within HR duties, strong organisational skills, good computer skills and a passion for working within the industry, this is an excellent opportunity to grow and progress your career.
What you'll get in return

You will be rewarded with a salary of £16-18k and a 40 hour working week Monday - Friday. You will receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays with the opportunity to be rewarded with additional days following years in service of the company.
