Desktop Support / 2nd Line Support - Skype for Business / Cisco|
I am currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst with Skype for Business and Cisco (switches & routers) experience to work for an accountancy firm in Central London. I am looking for someone who has previously worked in the accountancy sector or professional sector and looking for someone who can put their all into the day to day tasks that arise.
You will have the responsibility of providing remote and face to face support for the users within the company resolving any technical issues that may occur. Also we are looking for someone who can travel to their regional offices when required and provide technical support through the users of the company.
Key Skills required for the Desktop Support Analyst:
- Skype for Business
- Active Directory
- Cisco routers and switches
- Windows 7/8
- Office 365
- Printer / Telephony Support
Apart from the technical skills required you will also need to have excellent communication skills, be reliable and able to work on own initiative and have an ability to liaise with users from ground to board level.
