CRM Business / Process Change Analyst with end to end CRM implementation experience is required by our client based in London for a 12 months fixed term contract to help in the creation of a Change, Communications and Training strategy as our client implements Dynamics CRM.

As the CRM Business / Process Change Analyst you will be working closely with the programme team in taking ownership of organisation change, creating a structured change management implementation strategy together with realistic plans and schedules to deliver training across the business. You should therefore, have demonstrable/proven experience of creating change strategies and also putting together (working with a 3rd party) training guides and materials to deliver business wide training. In addition to this you will be conducting meet and greets with senior execs and facilitating analysis workshops with Business Analysts on the programme.

You will need to help reassure existing business users that although business processes are being streamlined and possibly simplified, this isn't going to put their jobs at risk and work with them and the relevant line managers to remove that fear and handle the impact this change will have across the business.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to work as part of a team but equally as well alone as you the successful candidate will be required to work independently across various teams within the organisation, using your knowledge, skills, talent and potential to the best of your ability, focusing at all times on delivering excellent customer services, value for money, whilst adhering to all corporate standards.

Whilst our client is implementing Dynamics CRM and this would be an ideal fit, our client will also consider candidates with prior experience in a similar role working with a comparative CRM solution i.e. Salesforce CRM
