Senior Helpdesk Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst, 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst needed for an immediate 6 month contract based in Central London paying up to £250 a day for Kyna Associates key client.|
Clearance Level Required: Please note the successful candidates will need to undergo CTC security process, therefore offer is subject to clearing this.
The Senior Helpdesk Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst, 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst you will be the first point of contact for our clients users. You will be logging all calls/emails that are received by the support team and they will act on them accordingly. You will provide verbal and written advice to queries from users and will contribute to the delivery of operational, performance and service standard targets.
The Senior Helpdesk Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst, 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst will need to demonstrate the following essential skills:
- Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office365 (mandatory)
- Working within a team environment
- Experience of dealing with external suppliers
- Experience of incident, problem and change management processes
- Production of support documentation for internal (the support team) and external (customers) users
- A basic understanding of procurement and financial processes
- Knowledge of various operating systems (specifically Windows 7 and above)
- Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders
