My client are currently looking for a Help Desk Advisor to join their 1st line support team based in Leeds City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking company that puts the support team at the centre of their business.
You will NOT be joining a call centre environment but a team of 1st line support advisors who work strongly with the 2nd/3rd line team to provide seamless support to clients and customers.
Duties of a Help Desk Advisor include;
• Dealing with inbound calls with frequently asked systems questions
• Liaising with 2ndand 3rd line support for escalation issues
• Dealing with customer requests in a timely manner and seeing problems through in one call where possible
• Looking in to password and system issues
• Dealing with complaints where needed
• Taking feedback surveys from customers on the service provided
As a Help Desk Advisor you will have the following key skills and experience;
• Ideally had experience in a help desk or service desk position
• Excellent customer service skills
• A good technical background or IT knowledge
• Ideally 1st line support experience, this is not essential
Permanent - £17k - Monday -Friday between 8-6pm and 1 weekend in 4
