BI Reporting Analyst
Kier Corporate Functions - IT is looking to recruit a BI Reporting Analyst. Reporting in to the Senior IT Business Partner, the post holder will strategize and develop Kier's Business Intelligence and data model architecture. The post holder will be responsible for providing Kier Living with innovative, complex and robust solutions to enable informed decision making, streamline processes and to drive the growth of the Business Intelligence culture.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with Group IT to define a rationalised reporting tool-set based on Strategic BI goals of Group and Kier Living IT
* Use SSIS to extract, transform and load data
* Use SSAS to design multi-dimensional models and ensure all databases work accurately and consistently
* Development of strategic BI road-map and implementation plan
* Assist in the delivery of the BI strategy Kier Living IT
* To adhere to the standards, policies and best practice for the use of information systems
* Working with large amounts of data and manipulating it in a number of ways, to ultimately provide the ability to report to internal and external stakeholders of the business
* Responsible for managing development with regards to BI and MI reporting
Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience with SQL Server 2008 R2 onwards
* Strong ETL experience using SSIS
* Data Warehouse design / development
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft BI reporting tools (SSRS, SSAS) and other reporting tools e.g. Power BI and QlikView
* COINS experience including setting up reports
* 4projects and ASTA experience desirable
* Experience in the support and development of data analysis frameworks that support operational reporting and executive dashboards
* Experience in designing, documenting and delivering strategic BI solutions
* Must have a strong attention to detail
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. It is important that the jobholder can liaise confidently with all levels of staff
* Must have a methodical and analytical approach
