Accountability Contract Manager
Hours of work 42.5 hours, 5 in 7 working pattern, to include evenings, weekends and Bank/Public Holidays.
Purpose Working as part of the management team to ensure all operational requirements and service level agreements are met through all aspects of the contract ensuring quality standards and contractual requirements are maintained.
Main duties and responsibilities:
To assist the Contract Manager in ensuring the smooth delivery of the contract with operation responsibility.
Continuous monitoring of enforcement activity, involving regular reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the Contract Manager, identify trends and instigating remedial action where necessary.
Identify and assist in the development of new business in the contract
Develop, coach and monitor the supervisory team in relation to supervisory skills, health and safety, KPI performance and improvement.
Ensure quality standards are maintained including ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times throughout the contract in line with ISO9002 standards.
Ensure overall client satisfaction and attend client meetings where necessary.
To review operational processes and setup to ensure it is functional provides best quality while being efficient and meeting both our clients and companies standards.
Identify, develop and implement, in conjunction with the Contract Manager changes to the contract which may be introduced by our client, the Contract Manager or changes to legislation relating to the service etc.
To produce reports and other data as required by our client.
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times, presenting a clear, smart, professional appearance and manor when on-duty.
Communicate in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with members of the general public, our client or fellow colleagues.
To complete relevant documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
To keep abreast of legislation and other changes that may affect the operation of this contract.
To contribute to corporate initiatives as required.
To cascade information to all members of staff and maintain good communication channels throughout the contract.

Undertake any other duties consistent with the nature and grade of the post as necessary or as requested.
Skills and abilities:
Strong people management skills gained within a diverse workforce, including coaching, training and recruiting skills.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to present to Management Level
Minimum three years' experience.
Experience in implementing changes to policies, procedures or operational needs.
Preparation of reports.
Monitoring of and reporting on KPIs.
Experience of dealing with disciplinary issues with a good understating of policy and procedure.
Experience in collecting and analysing data and information to make decisions.
Worked within a client facing role.
Able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
Excellent problem solving skills
Able to manage and motivate staff to deliver an excellent level of service.
Self-motivated, proactive nature.
Ability to prioritise, organise and multitask.
Excellent attendance record
