1st/2nd Line Support - Mac v10.9 & v10.10, Windows XP, 7 - upto £32,000 - West London|
European manufacturer has an opening for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst with experience of Apple Mac & Windows Desktop Support (Windows 7, 8.1 and 10, Mac OS v10.09 & v10.10) to support all desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, telephones, audio and visual equipment etc based at my clients West London offices. This role will include providing a highly demanding support service at Board level and will include troubleshooting issues on systems, purchasing IT equipment, network and phone patching. This position requires a high demand for excellent customer service, face to face customer interaction and support for all IT related issues on this site. Although this is a remote role, you will be supported by an existing team of seven skilled Desktop Support Analysts and a Group IT Department based in Lincolnshire.
As a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst (Mac v10.9 & v10.10, Windows XP) you will be solely responsible for all IT Support and will operate in a technically demanding environment providing reactive and pro-active support services in the resolution of IT related issues. The maintenance and optimisation of reliable, cost effective and resilient service to agreed SLA's will be the primary goal of this role.
In return you will receive upto £32,000 salary, 25 days, contributory pension package, health insurance, and training for business and personal development.
