The role is to act as the Project Asset Engineer providing front end project definition and commissioning. The successful candidate would also take on the responsibilities as Site Responsible Instrument Engineer supporting our 24 / 7 manufacturing assets.
The primary role is to support the Asset team in providing and prioritising the Instrument & Control front end definition for the Sites' Capital Project Portfolio, through to leading the Commissioning on behalf of the Manufacturing and Asset teams. As the responsible Instrument Engineer for the site you will be providing technical leadership to drive and embed engineering standards, set strategies and develop maintenance policies for the Cassel site, using up to date Asset Management techniques. You will also be an active member of the engineering global network and a member of the SIS Asset integrity panel. Actively provide coaching and mentoring to support the development of less experienced engineers across site.
You will have significant experience, gained within a similar background and will have a passion for SHE, and Manufacturing Excellence with the personal skills and motivation to achieve continuous improvement in terms of reliability and cost efficiency.
You should have a good working knowledge of industry standards IEC61508/11, solid experience in the petrochemical industry (or equivalent) and experience of COMAH, MAH, LOPA and SIL determination. Member of IET or InstMC and desirable to be chartered.
In addition to a competitive benefits package these are excellent opportunities for high calibre individuals to broaden and add to their engineering skills. With their strong value focus of releasing individual personal potential, you will have access to personal and professional development and long term career opportunities.
So, if you would like the opportunity to join the global leader in acrylics and work on one of the world's largest MMA producing plants, they would be interested in hearing from you!
