As a business, BOPS was founded on expertise in Utility Infrastructure & Asset Management, Operations & Maintenance and Capital Project Controls. The existing level of business and growth potential in UK demands appointment of a Country Head to own, grow and deliver BOPS engagements within the geography. |
As a Head of Business Operations - UK, you will carry end-to-end responsibility for the business unit reporting into the Global Head of BOPS and CEO, UK. You will own the UK P&L for the business unit with both revenue and bottom-line accountabilities. Managing C-level relationships with your current and prospective client base you will also be responsible for pre-sales, business development, pipeline/order-book generation and deal closure. You will carry people development and management responsibility for your UK team and will also draw upon resources from Centres of Excellence.
You will be expected to deliver a multi million £ in year revenue and forward order book maintaining a high double digit CAGR over a 3 year span. You will also need to deliver a min. score of 4.5/5 for customer and employee satisfaction.

•Must have experience in UK Utilities, with proficiency in building a business portfolio and executing to highest standards
