Electric Boat is preparing to execute a test program for the Integrated Propulsion System (IPS) for OHIO Replacement, which will be performed at the Compatibility Test Facility (CTF). CTF Engineers will be responsible for the development of technical documentation in support of the IPS test program, analysis of technical data outputs from the test program and developing technical recommendations. After testing of the IPS begins the CTF Engineer will directly support the test program, on-site, by providing analysis and troubleshooting capabilities to the test team. CTF Engineers require task management skills to develop and maintain long term task plans. Frequent interface with NSWC, BMPC and NAVSEA is required. |
After an initial period of training and familiarization in New London, the CTF Engineer will be permanently relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Company-paid relocation benefits will be provided. • Engineering development of test documentation for IPS equipment in support of the test program
• Performing engineering tasking and developing technical recommendations in support of developing the IPS test program
• Performing engineering analysis of test results and troubleshooting of issues that arise during the test program, on-site, at the IPS CTF
