Candidate must be capable of performing expected duties of an administrative clerk, i.e., typing, general filing, identifying file/record errors, generating reports, maintaining backlogs and other statistics, processing rejection
records, etc. The individual will be primarily assigned to the Supplier Quality Certification group, and will be responsible for:
• Updating records in a variety of data bases, (MRP,EB Document Databank) and preparing records for archival and scanning
• Generating reports using Microsoft Excel and Access
• Routinely interfacing with multiple organizations, requiring excellent interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking different job functions
