The Advanced Undersea Integration organization is responsible for managing a range of programs with an R&D and prototype development focus. Customers include SEA073, PMS394, and DARPA.|
The program supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day management of a group that manages a wide range of small programs. These programs include: universal launch and recovery module (ULRM); large displacement unmanned underwater vehicle (LDUUV) integration; Sea Dragon; dry deck shelter maintenance and modernization; LSV-2 support; and CONFORM and ONR contract management. The work also includes oversight of technology outreach and internal development activities related to the integration of unmanned systems, missiles, and other payloads.
• Identification and resolution of program performance issues
• Ensuring deliverable product quality
• Setting work priorities
• Managing and measuring personnel performance
• Coordination with many of EBs functional groups (Engineering/Design, Contracts, Finance, Purchasing, Legal), subcontractors and vendors
Frequent interface with both military and commercial customers is required. Some travel is expected.
