We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist - Document Control Administrator to help support a major construction program. The Project Controls Specialist will work with the Project Manager and Project Engineers and will administer the Document Control System, providing support, implementing procedures, and coordinating training. Additionally, other controls tasks can include maintaining tracking logs, change management, and reporting.

The Document Controls Administrator will also:
      • Provide software user support
      • Implement and verify document control processes
      • Coordinate user training and help develop training materials
      • Coordinate with document control developers when new features, reports, or projects are added or troubleshooting is needed
      • Generate reports based on status of the systems in place (cost, performance, ongoing activities, etc.)
      • Setup and maintain user accounts
      • Develop and maintain project workflows
      • Coordinate and communicate well with coworkers, management, and clients
      • Perform other duties assigned

Job Requirements
      • Bachelor's Degree preferred
      • Five years of relevant experience
      • Good communication skills required
      • Previous work on CT DOT projects is a plus
      • Local candidates are strongly preferred (Relocation expenses not included)
The ability to work in the United States immediately is required.
