Seeking five (5) Part-Time, Temp-To-Hire, Image Processors

The schedule for this position is Part Time, afternoons, 25 - 35 hours per week, hours scheduled between 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. you must choose a consistent schedule for the week.
Starting pay rate is $12.76 per hour.
      • Training Start Date is Tuesday, 11/01/2016 2:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Wednesday, 11/02/2016 at 2:30-6:30 p.m.
      • At this time, NO public transportation available to the work location.
      • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and skills assessment testing.

The Image Processor Clerk reviews and processes license plate images that are captured by the Toll Collection System (TCS), this includes analyzing and classifying images. The Image Processor will also be responsible for reporting any trouble with cameras or other equipment to the Customer Service management team. Image Processor may be reassigned on a long term or temporary basis to other shifts, or other schedules, to balance manpower or meet the needs of the company.

      • Must use keyboard and mouse
      • View images on computer monitor correctly classify, and enter all relevant license plate information
      • Must know or quickly learn to read e-mail and respond as needed
      • Must use and navigate Windows interface on monitor
      • Ability to adhere to strict attendance requirements
      • Ability to achieve and maintain departmental performance standards

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following on a daily basis. Supervisor may assign other duties.
      • Must view license plate images on computer monitor and determine correct license plate characters (letters/numbers) and state information

Meet or exceed department performance criteria.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The ExpressToll Service Center has a 6 step career path that progresses up to a Department Lead. The employment levels are entry level Junior Image Processor (IP), Universal Image Processor, Senior Image Processor, Help Desk, and Department Lead. Each employee has the ability to move up the career path by producing quality work and completing required training courses within a minimal timeframe as described in the Image Processing Career Path Policy.

Physical Demands:
Primarily sedentary physical work requiring ability to lift a maximum of 10 pounds; occasional lifting, carrying, walking and standing; frequent hand/eye coordination to operate computer keyboard and office equipment; vision for reading, recording and interpreting information; speech communication, hearing and listening to maintain communication; daily use of computer keyboard and standard office equipment.
