SALES ACCOUNT CO-ORDINATOR Sales Support, Technical Sales, B2B SalesNiche Market Product Manufacturer The Client A well-known niche market product manufacturer with products branching into multiple industries, processes and customer bases. They are actively expanding their sales teams and are looking for both junior and senior level sales staff. The Role & Responsibilities To work with the Business Development Manager of 2 core company brands to achieve the sales targets. This includes proactively promoting the brand to develop a sales pipeline, dealing effectively with enquiries, following up quotes and coordinating with production to achieve on time delivery to the required standards/ quality. Support brand sales, to administer and progress enquires to ensure strong coordination to meet customer needs and requirements. Both the above include: Maintenance, development and building of long-term customer relationships and their records on appropriate NA dealing with all sales enquires (eg, phone, e-mails, websites) with appropriate follow-up (eg, samples, brochures).Ensure the timely production of quotations, ensuring all relevant information is included. Process orders on Sage/ AccessSupplyChain. Liaising with the Accounts department re payment terms and Production and Despatch departments re delivery NA of customer complaints in a timely and proactive manner. Assist in the development and improvement of sales literature, datasheets and website. Ensure all systems are kept up to date form enquiries to visits and feedback. Lead on the development of IT systems including aCloud and Access Supply Chain to ensure they meet the sales team and companys needs proactively. This also includes training of colleagues to ensure all utilise the system fully and correctly. Undertake research, cold calling and development exercises on behalf of the Managing Director / Head of Sales & Marketing / Business Development Manager or to generate leads, as and when NA research into possibilities of the company developing new products and representing other companies products as and when NA of cover for other Sales staff during periods of NA provision of general sales admin support (eg, monthly update of management meeting information, etc).Be conversant with and assume proper responsibility for the implementation of the Companys Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and all other Company Policies, rules and arrangements demonstrating a responsible attitude to both employees and customers and suppliers of the company, leading by example, taking appropriate action where NA to all administrative NA provision of general sales admin support (eg, monthly update of management meeting information, etc).Any additional work identified as necessary for the smooth operation of the NA OF AUTHORITY:FinancialPreparation of the sales NA to prepare and/or authorise customer quotes up to a value of 25K without referral to a Sales Manager for both Mykon and Cellbond Far East Region. Key Skills Required Office & Administration ExperienceExperience of working in a sales NA of working in a logistics/production/engineering NA or Equivalent Additional college, NVQ, degree or other relevant qualifications - A bonusIT skills, using order processing, CRM systems, other NA to establish good relationships with colleagues and NA team-working NA skills and ability to follow up on all NA to juggle a number of conflicting demands NA commitment and passion for customer NA people NA communication and coordination NA English language skills both written and oral.A keen interest to learn about processes, products and markets.A flexible hands-on, can-do approach.A proactive, organised and professional NA of working with different levels within a culturally diverse environment.
