Help Desk CoordinatorBristol PatchwayPermanentUp to 22k per annumWe are currently working alongside the UK's leading Facilities Management Company to recruit a Help Desk Coordinator to their Bristol Patchway NA Help Desk Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Help Desk calls and emails for various clients. Responsibilities include; Co-ordinate all helpdesk calls and email correspondence for various clientsTo plan and schedule direct labour and sub-contract labourCo-ordinate site attendance with sub-contractors and liaise with the clientProduce planned preventative maintenance work in advance and issue to EngineersComplete/ sign off planned preventative maintenance visits onto Maximo systemTo liaise with client representatives for the receipt and issue of work instructionsTo administer and control purchase ordersGeneral Admin duties The Ideal Candidate; Strong IT SkillsPrevious planning/Scheduling experience would be great but not essentialExperience with CAFM systemsAdmin experience If the role is of interest, apply online for further information
