Avanti have a great opportunity for a quality co-ordinator to join their client based in Wiltshire. The quality co-ordinator will deal with all incoming customer complaints and co-ordinate company responses keep the customer updated throughout the complaint handling processes. You will need to accurately log all complaints and acknowledge them. You will then manage the process on SAP and put on all information that the quality engineers will need to investigate the complaint. You will need to be able to prioritise and then work to tight deadlines. The Role - Ensure that all complaints are logged accurately and acknowledged within agreed lead-time - Create route cards on SAP for the Quality Engineer to proceed with investigation of customer complaints - Prepare complaint case for the Quality Engineer within a target time on SAP module - Support the complaint investigation team by co-ordinating with internal and external customers on different tasks required for successful completion of 8Ds - Collate data, statistics and updates for the Customer Quality Manager - Co-ordinate the customer joint investigation between various KB teams and customer The Person - Educated to a minimum of A Level - Experience of Microsoft applications including word and Excel - SAP knowledge would be advantageous - Previous experience of working in complaint handling environment - Highly organised and single minded focus on task - Attention to detail If you have a passion for customer service and have the skills required to be a quality co-ordinator please apply now
