This training will include; training on product range, and see the flow of materials from goods in, to assembly (electrical/electronic & mechanical), test (full system testing, analysis & fault finding) and despatch. You will accompany experience Service Technicians on installations, commissions, tests, service and repair visits. Once you have completed your training, you will be put into your role in Service Support. Your core responsibilities, however not limited to, are; Customer support through telephone and email. Dealing with issues and problems with customers in a logical and calm NA fault diagnosis, reading electrical related drawings, wiring diagrams circuit diagrams, logical approach to fault diagnosis NA fault diagnosis, reading 2D and 3D mechanical drawings understanding measurements and NA Service Technicians prior to scheduled work, liaising with them on site regarding faults, installations and service NA Service Technicians visits, organising and booking travel arrangements, hotels etc. Liaising with customers to agree time & dates for service NA of commissioning information and release codes, updating the database NA parts administration, identifying parts required, producing quotations, and converting quotes into orders. Requirements Electrical OR Electronic Engineering Qualifications - These could be City &Guilds or NVQ or Degree levelExperience of 3 phaseIdeally worked in a similar role or some sort of maintenance or service or technical support positionComputer literate - The use of Excel is requiredGood customer service communication skills (both written and verbal) If this role sounds of interest, please apply now and send your most up to date CV to Wesley at TechNichols Resourcing to be considered.
