Sales and Supply Chain Administrator (Aerospace) - Salary 30,000-35,000 + Bonus + Benefits Based Romford, Essex Our client specialize in the supply of C-Class, B-Class and other fast moving consumable parts to the Aerospace sector. Focusing on Supply Chain Management from the forecast requirement to parts on the production line they have significant forecasting expertise helping them achieve 99.5% product availability for their NA are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales administrator with experience of supply chain and "C" class components within an aerospace business. You will be working alongside the sales manager providing quotations for customers and assisting the smooth running of the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephoneRespond to incoming email and telephone enquiriesRun and provide accurate quotations for customersNegotiate with prospects and clients on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managersAttend customer and industry briefings to gather information on customers and competitorsBe able to source C class products from the clients supplier baseDevelop new customers and relationships that lead through to new salesDevelop a portfolio of accounts which you will manageAttend sales meetings (UK wide) Candidate Essential Skills and Experience: Educated to GCSE level in maths and English as a minimum with relevant job experienceMinimum of 3 years' sales support and administration experience within aerospaceKnowledge of supply chain, specifically "C" class components would be idealExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExperienced in attending client off-site meetings and presenting information to prospects clearlyProven track record of working to targetsSelf-motivated individual with desire to get on and progress within the organisationAble to multi-task co-ordinating a number of tasks simultaneouslyFocused on accuracy and quality of work with good attention to detailExcellent IT skills, including Microsoft office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint This role offers responsibility, variety and satisfaction as the role makes a real impact on the success of the business, apply today for a fast response or contact us for an informal discussion on the role.
