Our Client An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced manufacturing group who sell a range of electronic navigation and safety systems into the automotive industry. They have worked with and sold into the likes of Jaguar Land Rover, Nissan, Mitsubishi and Volvo. Based out of Coventry, this company is looking for a sales professional to join their growing business. The Role As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be driving new business and sales for the company in order to see their UK base grown in accordance with their growth plans. You will also be responsible for: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers at all levels of the organisationEnsure excellent customer service levels in order to leave a lasting impression with customersIdentify any and resolve any problems that may arise with customersOpening up new relationships with customersMake sure that all sales and profit targets are metCreate sales proposals to be send to customersAnalyse and stay up to date with market trends and new technology launches within the automotive sector What we are looking for: The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling into or working within the automotive industry. The idea will have: A strong background in the automotive industry ideally in sales. (We are open to seeing people who work within the automotive industry but not in a sales role)Excellent negotiation skillsBe a strong communicator both verbally and writtenBe IT literateHave passion and enthusiasm for the automotive industryThe ability to work autonomously in order to drive sales for the businessPro-active in identifying and generating new business opportunities For interview availability, please apply now.
