Donland Engineering Limited We have operated a successful business since 1968 catering to the ever changing technological and environmental requirements of the building services industry. Today we encompass all aspects of facilities management and building maintenance, together with the design and installation of air conditioning, electrical and mechanical services for commercial properties. More recently we have enhanced the services we provide to include project management for refurbishment works. Contracts Manager Role based in London but will be required to work in Egham occasionally. Reporting to the Operations Director and Commercial Director. Main purpose and scope of the job: To manage several significant contracts for building maintenance at various sites across London and the South East. Delivering service with in accordance with the SLAs by an agreed programme of quantitate checks and control measures and through rectifying deviations in a timely and efficient manner. Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and their onsite staff, through responsiveness and excellent client care. Managing the supplier chain ensuring value for money and profitability on all contracts. Core responsibilities: This position will play a key role within the business, and as such there will opportunities to influence the direction of the business make a contribution to the management of the organisation. To develop maximum profitable growth of the business through understanding client needs, maximizing the services delivered and championing excellent customer care. To directly programme, manage and deliver all Capital/Lifecycle Projects via third party resources and utilising internal teams wherever NA ensure compliance with all statutory, IMS, security and relevant company and client policies generating a true health and safety NA ensure all scheduled PPM and reactive activities are delivered in strict adherence to contracted KPIs through physical delivery and proactive monitoring/review of CAFM NA lead, recruit, develop and retain staff to deliver services in the most efficient and effective NA ensure that a Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of service delivery increasingly adding value to both the business and our NA act a single point of escalation for unforeseen issues arising outside of operational NA ensure adequate "out of hours" contact/response processes in place to support required actions regardless of time of NA organise and facilitate regular Customer Forums and meetings with other key stakeholders as NA support customer and company audits ensuring optimum results are NA ensure that records are held and updated as NA manage the people resources effectively and efficiently to deliver the required NA of budgetary information to assist in annual budgetary and monthly forecasting NA manage Capital/Lifecycle budgets through delivery of projects Experience and Knowledge Experience of working within a multi-site organisation in a similar capacity to this postKnowledge and experience of project Management practices and disciplines.
