Department Overview Customer Advocacy is responsible for communicating and translating customer experiences within the organisation, including working closely with Sales / Marketing, Manufacturing / Operations, Engineering / R&D and Services. Customer experiences related to infusion products are gathered and collated as part of the process of investigating feedback and complaints received from customers. The International Customer Advocacy team receives feedback via business units from all countries outside of the United States. Responsibilities Review and investigate international customer complaints for assigned products and processes, including the identification of root causes and contributing factors wherever NA corrective and/or preventative action(s) related to customer complaint NA and monitor patterns and trends in complaint issues related to assigned product NA participate in multidisciplinary processes to assess identified risks and to determine mitigations related to product NA a documented report that clearly outlines the investigation process, investigation findings, frequency of related events, corrective actions and NA high priority issues as well as identified business risks to the appropriate management NA in daily Customer Advocacy meetings to assess and prioritise incoming NA in vigilance reporting processes for relevant Competent Authorities and Notified NA closely with Manufacturing sites (both CareFusion and Third Party), R&D and Quality Engineers as well as the International Marketing & Regulatory Departments in the design and/or modification of both existing and future NA with US Customer Advocacy and International QA/RA NA directly with CareFusion international affiliates and customers to gather information about complaints and to provide feedback on investigation NA cross-discipline and customer communication is achieved in a timely NA test protocols and reports where NA other duties as assigned. Qualifications Engineer - Degree, HND/HNC in Engineering; Science degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Desirable Skills & Attributes Strong sense of customer NA interpersonal skills, particularly with customers and suppliers in terms of identifying their issues and managing expectations in terms of NA in medical product evaluation, quality engineering and/or complaint NA of plastics applications, disposables manufacturing processes, cleanroom manufacturing requirements, sterilisation processes, mould processing and properties of plastic materials used in IV NA to apply mathematical and statistical processes to interpret NA of regulations and ISO requirements related to the medical device NA and concise report writing NA to scope and manage NA levels of planning and organisational NA and the ability to take initiative with a 'can do NA to effectively present information to management, public groups and/or NA to communicate technical information to nontechnical NA to work autonomously and to appropriately prioritise workload NA approach to problem NA literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, a working knowledge of Microsoft Access or TrackWise complaints handling software would be an NA driving NA of clinical/hospital environments and practices or relevant work experience in the medical device industry.
