FTSE100 Global Organisation - Bid Coordinator / Bid Support Administrator - 25-33k The Bid Coordinator / Bid Support Administrator will provide professional, high quality and confidential administrative support to one of its most successful project winning divisions in Bristol (we also have a position based in Plymouth) and offers good career development opportunities and a fantastic benefits package. As the business support administrator you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that all required documentation (tender documents, pre-qualification questionnaires, post tender clarifications and presentations) are produced to the highest standard of quality and accuracy and in an efficient and timely manner. Role and responsibilities include: Responsible for the quality of tenders across all business streams, ensuring that they are: Production of Proposals including Expressions of Interest (E of I), Prequalification Questionnaires.(PQQs), Invitation to Tenders (ITT/ITN) and Unsolicited NA the development of Capture NA and support to deliver Colour (Proposal Review) Teams and Story Boarding NA Winning Cycle Process NA Requirements Management including managing the day to day collation and acquisition of proposal documentation, schedule adherence and resource NA Support to Business Winning teams, including meeting diaries, minutes, register updates and administration, management of sub-contract requirements for business winning NA NA (including Secret and Restricted document management, management of ITAR documentation, security clearance for visitors and visits to Customer establishments or reference sites). Qualifications & Requirements: Good general level of education, numerate and able to communicate well at all levels, both verbally and through formal written NA organisational/administration NA literate, with a comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint is NA written and verbal communication skills including copy editing experience, grammar, style, spelling, and punctuation, and accurate proofreading NA and open to changing priorities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and within compressed NA, with a proven ability to take an initiative from concept, through development and, into NA interpersonal and leadership skills, within a dynamic team NA in the preparation of large proposals and ideally these will have been for Defence Industry work. This experience shall have been in a position with responsibility for bid production and not solely as a NA be willing to travel within the UK and overseas, including periods spent working away from primary base locationFull driving licence required In return my client looks to offer a competitive salary plus substantial company benefits.
