URGENT REQUIREMENT Customer Service Engineer required by a Global Technology Company Salary to 26K doe + vehicle o/t 1.5 +++Pension etc., Strong ATM Engineering Maintenance/Break/Fix skills are essential Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility Responsible for installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an allotted area to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer NA for ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed SLA'sRequired to perform work on products and services, specifically ATM productsResponsible for assisting in site preparation, including installation of cable, staging of equipment and testing of equipment, perform required modular swaps and unit replacementsCustomer Engineer responds to all customer concerns or problems by resolving them or by escalating to the appropriate team NA working relationships with customers and develop informal communication channels with customer account at the local level - respect company in a manner that reflects positively on the image and reputation of the companyPerform periodic preventative maintenance on assigned products; diagnose problems, repair and replace components. Follow appropriate security procedures when working with ATM's and or within financial institutionsResponsible for all company assets that will be used in the delivery of customer service (ie tools, software, vehicles, documentation and intellectual property) or as assigned by Management: maintain an appropriate parts inventory as well as parts record keepingResponsible for accurate and prompt reporting of calls and activity, as well as other reporting as required: Responsible for tracking and reporting all expenses incurred in the delivery of service, including telephone and company vehicleResponsible for capturing detailed customer asset information and other data required to complete any invoicing or billing activitiesMay be dispatched daily on a call by call basis or may establish his/her own daily schedule on the basis of automated reportsMay require prolonged travel, carrying, lifting tool kit parts of various weights. May require bending squatting walking standing sitting for prolonged periodsWorking rotating shiftsEnsure staff productivity measures are achieved. Work together with Call Centre Staff/Security Escort Officers Requirements ATM or EPOS maintenance break/fix experience is essentialWorks well with minimal supervisionGood problem solving skillsAbility to pick up new skills easilyAbility to work under pressureAbility to meet deadlines and produce high quality workExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent customer relationship skillsHigh level of mechanical/electrical aptitudeExperience on maintaining computer hardware (Desktop, Servers, Peripherals) routers, networks switches, hubs requiredHigh level of personal integritySupport and promote teamwork and co-operative effortMust have a flexible attitude regarding shifts and on-call
