The company was actually founded 1958 and almost 60 years later they remain incredibly proud of our values, their reputation and most importantly the quality of the work that they deliver to the companys many NA companys heritage is integral to developing its future as they move towards their Vision 2020 objective - to be the most trusted provider of essential services that keep the UK NA Outline As a Multi Utilities Planner you will look after around 5 teams expanding to around 12 eventually installing the new infrastructure for all sorts of buids but mainly new build housing estastes of up to 1000 homes. You will manage your team and its processes ensuring all options have been considered and evaluated to improve construction performance. You would be coordinating the installations of the water , gas and electricity supplies to the builds. Developers will be leasing directly through you. You will also be responsible for settinig up streetwork notices so a good working knowladge of the NRSWA act would be beneficial. You will also be required to take part in cross functional meetings as and when needed. You will lease with clients , subcontractors , Councils develppers etc In order to establish the relevant support in regards to the companys needs. You will be leading all staff reporting to the position delegating work loads and monitoring their progress within Reading , slough , Harefield ( South East. ) Responsibilities Preparation, submission and updating of spreadsheets and NA with operational staff to identify critical areas of client NA and record data onto work management NA updates to clients in various forms of communication to ensure client NA as the main point of contact for NA and deligate the job specs to the teams.
