Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 per annum + vehicle + benefits Type: PermanentThe Role The main purpose of the Gas Installation Manager role is to manage installs of Gas Appliances of housing contracts across the UK. Day to day responsibilities will include: Overall responsibility for all gas and plumbing install works carried NA day to day management of a team of in house and subcontract gas NA liaison with a wide variety of stakeholders across the business as well as external NA that all contractors, partners and parties are compliant with legal and company regulations and NA regular inspections are carried on all aspects of gas works undertaken by the company and to attend jobs where NA with procurement exercises for service contracts and NA regular KPI reports and take the lead on planning and delivery of gas services budgetary control. The Ideal Candidate will Be qualified in ACS domestic CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1, WAT1, CEN1Hold a City & Guilds in Plumbing and Gas Installations or similarHave at least 5 years experience in construction or housing related environmentHave 2 years experience in a management position to include supervision of operatives and budgetary controlPossess excellent commercial awarenessHave excellent organisational skillsBe able to work effectively under pressure and respond well to tight deadlinesHave excellent IT skillsBe knowledgeable in legislation, policies and procedures pertaining to Building Regulations and Housing Acts THE COMPANY Our client is an industry leading company in supplying Domestic Appliances to construction and housing companies. LOCATION Midlands based (Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, Northampton) with travel across the UK.
