We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our well established company on the outskirts of Colchester on a permanent basis. This role is talking to the same regular customers which leads to building relationships, along with this there are jobs to be entered on the system and then managed from start to finish. This will include managing the job so it is completed in a profitable way to the customers satisfaction. Duties will entail the following: Customer relationship buildingAn understanding of profit per jobBooked work managementCommunication skillsMaterial ordering / tracking - Computer skillsA willingness to take responsibilityAn ability to make a decisionBooking appointmentsAssigning engineersFinalising the job so it can be invoiced offOversee the running of the engineers assign to your propertiesKeeping clients , engineers and all parties up to dateGathering information for quotations and invoice The ideal candidate: Sales knowledgeAble to work under pressureKnowledge of maintenance but not essentialPrevious experience within customer servicePrevious experience within a maintenance service roleThere will be around seven jobs a day to manage so a lot of personal organisational and more importantly decision making skills are needed.
