REPORTING LINES Direct Responsibility to:- Dealership General NA Relationship with: Jardine Motors Group Corporate SalesIndirect Relationship with: All other members of dealership.______________________________________________________________ MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY To develop integrated sales and aftersales solutions for local business customers, maximising the business potential within their area of influence and ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service To increase Jardine Motors Group and franchise product awareness within the Local Community. To act as main point of contact for all Local Business enquiries. Business Specialists must identify and develop areas of sales potential, by establishing, implementing effective sales processes. As identified in the Jardine Motors Group Business Specialist Procedure Manual which can be found on the intranet,. Developing opportunities with prospective corporate clients by organising own daily activity to generate new business opportunities:- Telephone prospecting new / existing corporate NA Gathering and recording contact information\customer requirements on NA initial appointments with corporate buyers/decision makers and gather NA a rapport and understanding of customer requirements in full, by qualifying correctly.:- Fleet policyBudgetBalance Sheet implicationsFunding requirements Design and deliver tailored face-to-face sales presentations aimed at specific customers, covering key points raised during discussions such as model specification, competitor`s comparisons, tax implications and cost of NA sales proposals highlighting the proposed solution and linking it back to the customer NA demonstrator programmes and test drives to fit with the customer`s NA vehicles in the customer`s existing fleet by working with the Used Car Sales Manager to determine values and most appropriate disposal route for customer. Offer up-to-date advice to business users on funding methods. Offer up-to-date professional advice to company car driver with regards to vehicle comparisons and vehicle specifications. Negotiate and close a deal. Build and maintain knowledge of corporate issues, relevant taxation issues/financial issues and competitor products. To work in conjunction with manufacturer and group corporate to achieve set performance targets. Monitor own performance by tracking actual performance against business plan. To work in partnership with group corporate, by highlighting any sales potential for alternative Jardine Motors Group franchises. . To promote and nurture a customer care culture delivering care levels consistent with the expectations of the manufacturer and the Company. To record all activity on autoline. To liaise with CRM team to run reports and use data proactively. SECONDARY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Company Cars A Business Specialist allocated Company car must be kept clean, tidy and be well maintained so it may be available for demonstration at all NA faults must immediately be reported to the sales NA cars must be kept clear of personal NA cars must be fuelled at all NA is not permitted in any company NA Business Specialist must have read, singed and accepted the Driver Handbook. Demonstrations Demonstration vehicles to be insured by customer. This is only acceptable with a valid driving licence and copy of valid fully comprehensive insurance policy. With General Manager`s NA Business Specialist should always demonstrate the car controls to the customer before handing over the vehicle for demonstration.A log of vehicle and customer details must be kept up to date at all times. Customer Complains To ensure customer complaints are resolved quickly and NA Specialist must always inform the General Manager of customer complaints made to them or about them. Finance Policy and Procedures To ensure that all Company financial policies and procedures are adhered to at all NA no circumstance should a Business Specialist deliver a car without being in receipt of full customer payment, or authorisation from leasing NA finance documents must be signed with the relevant proofs as required by the finance company.
